Police incident reports remain with the agency that wrote them. Los Lunas Police uses the Village IPRA form, Belen Police uses the city's IPRA channel, and Bosque Farms Police uses the official village records route. Court documents must come from the filing clerk, while CAD records and emergency audio are handled separately by Valencia Regional Emergency Communications Center.
