A name or place entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates that feature. The provider processes the query and supplies its response. We do not keep a separate log of those search terms.

New Mexico public agencies follow the Inspection of Public Records Act, NMSA 1978 §§14-2-1 through 14-2-12, while access to one's own state arrest information is governed by NMSA 1978 §29-10-6.
